- Advising on, drafting, and recommending necessary amendments to commercial contracts of all types such as international trade contracts, franchise contracts, distribution contracts, business cooperation contracts, service supply contracts, etc.

- Providing advice on and assistance in negotiating with their partners/customers in commercial transactions; giving analyses on legal risks hidden in the performance of commercial transactions and recommending legal solutions to the legal risks.

- Assisting and representing clients in working with concerned authorities in order to register commercial transactions, register franchising activities, register cosmetics/pharmaceuticals in Vietnam, apply for advertising license, etc.

- Providing clients with advice and consultancy regarding their commercial performance in Vietnam and overseas through the establishment of branches and representative offices.

- Advising on and representing clients in the resolution of disputes arising during the implementation of commercial transactions; representing clients in the protection of their legal rights and benefits before courts and arbitrations.
